Focused on innovation and efficiency, AGIRH aims to connect companies with qualified professionals. **Responsibilities:** Manage construction planning regarding schedules, execution deadlines, progress tracking, procurement and supply plans, and workforce sizing. Ensure monitoring of Physical Progress\-Planned vs. Physical Progress\-Executed for construction projects, as well as preparation of construction cost reconciliations. Perform operational controls (deadlines, costs, procurement, inventory, revenue, supplies, among others). Monitor and approve procurement and acquisition of materials for construction projects. Address requests for developing technical solutions for new business opportunities, such as projects, budgets, DRE (Income Statement), among others. Evaluate technical requirements of tenders. Validate technical projects in compliance with regulatory standards. Manage corporate license requirements (operating permits, installation permits, etc). Previous experience as Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or Technical Engineering Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
