Guide and train maintenance teams COMPANY HIRING MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR Responsibilities: \- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering activities related to projects, installation, and maintenance applicable to industrial machinery and facilities; \- Develop and manage preventive, corrective, predictive, and maintenance engineering plans; \- Coordinate and monitor work performed by third-party companies; \- Guide and train maintenance teams to ensure proper execution of procedures; \- Monitor compliance with maintenance control items such as targets and deadlines; \- Follow up with maintenance suppliers and request verification items to achieve agreed-upon targets; \- And other related responsibilities; Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; \- Valid registration with CREA; \- Postgraduate degree in Industrial Control and Automation Engineering preferred; \- Prior experience in this role; \- Willingness to work in Maracanaú.
