Preparation and review of technical projects in accordance with standards The company seeks an Engineering Coordinator professional in Fortaleza (Aldeota). Focused on innovation and efficiency, AGIRH aims to connect companies with qualified professionals. **Responsibilities:** Update the executive budget whenever a new change is identified and/or requested by the operations department. Approve, together with the Executive Board, any possible budgetary changes that reduce profit margin and/or contract revenue. Implement and manage engineering indicators related to the operations area and its dedicated staff (engineering analyst dedicated to the operations area). Prepare and review technical projects, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards as well as each client’s specific requirements. Perform structural calculations, technical feasibility analysis, and define appropriate construction methodologies for each project. Provide technical support to field execution teams, clarifying doubts and resolving technical issues arising during construction. Collaborate with planning and budgeting departments in defining technical scopes, timelines, and estimated costs for projects. Carry out other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as Project Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Technical Coordinator, or Engineering Leader may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
