Ensure standardized and efficient execution of operational processes across these departments. Monitor operational performance indicators. Design, review, and improve interdepartmental workflows and routines. Manage personnel and monitor team performance and development. Serve as the liaison point between technical departments and the executive board. Report results, risks, and improvement opportunities directly to the executive board. Support strategic decisions related to operations and productive capacity. Bachelor’s degree required.
