Job Summary: Assist the Occupational Safety Technician (TST) in occupational safety matters, conducting inspections, training sessions, and monitoring the validity of safety programs and employees on leave. Today, we are one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Ceará, recognized for our credibility, bold projects, and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the TST in delivering safety lectures, training sessions, and safety dialogues; * Monitor the validity of Occupational Health and Safety (SST) programs; * Conduct site inspections to identify potential accident hazards and verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by employees; * Inspect fire-fighting equipment; * Monitor employees on leave, in coordination with the National Social Security Institute (INSS). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
