An automotive products manufacturing and trading company seeks a Maintenance Engineering Coordinator in Fortaleza (Messejana).
T\-Ract is a company specializing in technology solutions for transportation and logistics management. We provide innovative tools to optimize operations and enhance sector efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate the portfolio of automation, digitalization, and process innovation projects (short-, medium-, and long-term). Identify automation opportunities across 20 reactors and 14 packaging lines, prioritizing safety, productivity, and quality gains. Lead the engineering team (automation engineers, process engineers, automation technicians, CAD designers, interns), assigning tasks and monitoring deliverables. Define project scopes, schedules, CAPEX/OPEX, and payback jointly with industrial management. Ensure correct technical specifications for instruments, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, flow meters, pumps, valves, and other equipment. Conduct layout, material flow, and capacity studies to support current plant expansion and new factory development. Approve drawings, descriptive memoranda, material lists, and technical project documentation. Collaborate with PCP, PCM, and maintenance departments to plan shutdowns and commissioning with minimal production impact. Select and manage suppliers, system integrators, and service providers (negotiation, timelines, delivery quality). Support senior management with executive reports on project status, risks, and achieved results.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience necessary.
