**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Supporting the planning process, developing analyses for decision-making, and supporting management with Supply Chain performance indicators;
* Creating and validating optimization scenarios based on mathematical models;
* Collaborating on the development of the long-term industrial capacity plan, ensuring alignment with the Supply Chain team and delivering executive presentations;
* Supporting the development of data analysis routines by building spreadsheets and algorithms using Excel, Power BI, and other automation tools;
* Interfacing with business areas (Industrial, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing), either providing or requesting support to build improvement projects and/or processes;
* Preparing managerial reports to support decision-making in daily Supply Chain planning and control activities;
* Collecting data, integrating data via ETL, and generating analyses to improve processes — ensuring accuracy in decision-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint;
* Experience in logistics, planning, or industrial operations.
#### **Nice-to-Have:**
* Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma;
* Technical knowledge of programming languages: SQL, Python, R, and APIs; data visualization, business intelligence, and agile methodologies;
* Knowledge of process modeling and optimization;
Intermediate English proficiency.

**Working Hours:** 08:30 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 18:18, Monday to Friday.
