Identify and register visitors according to condominium/company regulations. Receive and guide individuals, providing information when necessary. Safeguard property and people within the premises. Monitor entrances, exits, and movements, remaining alert to suspicious situations. Receive, organize, and forward mail, packages, and deliveries. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Receptionist, Access Controller, or Security Agent may indicate suitability for some duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
