Perform apartment cleaning and tidying according to standards Responsible for keeping apartments, social areas, and floor service areas clean and hygienic in accordance with the hotel's quality standards, ensuring impeccable presentation and providing courteous and efficient service to guests. * Clean, sanitize, and tidy apartments following the hotel's established norms and procedures as compiled in the procedures manual; * Use cleaning materials (products and equipment) as instructed during specific training; * Restock amenities and replace linens during apartment tidying and cleaning according to the chain's established standards; * Report any abnormal situations in apartments and/or on the floor to the supervisor; * Be available for other tasks both within one's own department and in other departments as assigned by management, administration, or immediate supervisor.
