Job Summary: The Human Resources Assistant will handle routine HR tasks, with a focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, internal communication, and endomarketing. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on recruitment and selection and people management. 2. Support in endomarketing, internal campaigns, and corporate events. 3. Support managers with people management requests. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to handle routine HR tasks, focusing on recruitment and selection, onboarding of new employees, training follow-up, internal communication, and support for endomarketing and people management initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Draft internal announcements, policies, procedures (SOPs), forms, and other HR-related documents. * Develop and monitor endomarketing initiatives, internal campaigns, training programs, and corporate events. * Support HR metrics management, such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and goal tracking. * Assist managers with people management requests, employee movements, and internal alignment. * Maintain up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital. * Monitor admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations, and occupational health and safety documentation (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others). * Facilitate communication across business units, ensuring alignment of information and internal processes. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of timekeeping systems, employee benefits, and labor legislation. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail, food service, or franchise companies. * Familiarity with HR management systems. * Experience with HR metrics, endomarketing, and team training.
