If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aim for **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position for a **Commercial Agent \- CE** — this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Locate customers; * Negotiate debts by collecting overdue bills on-site using card machines for debit, credit, or QR Code Pix payments; * Suspend power supply by switching off the circuit breaker and applying a seal, without electrical contact; * Suspend power supply by switching off the circuit breaker and installing a lockout device (hawk clamp), without electrical contact; * Restore power supply for customers by resetting the circuit breaker; * Monitor and record agreed-upon payment terms with customers; * Organize and maintain up-to-date records of visits and negotiations conducted; * Provide additional customer support whenever necessary; * Clarify customer inquiries. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service, sales, or related experience preferred; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques preferred; * Familiarity with the operational region preferred. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM
