We provide recruitment, selection, and talent development services to companies across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement the strategic plan for the growth of the three companies. Manage the P\&L of each business unit to ensure profitability and sustainability. Oversee investments in digital marketing and paid traffic to maximize ROI. Define the product roadmap in collaboration with development teams, prioritizing features and improvements. Ensure that technological platforms are scalable and meet market demands. Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs, making data-driven decisions. And other related duties. Previous experience as CEO, Executive Director, General Manager, or President may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
