Always committed to humanized and excellence-oriented care, it received ANVISA certification in 2020 for good practices in patient safety. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform proactive and reactive telephone support to patients, companions, and the general public; * Provide information regarding hospital services, medical specialties, health insurance plans, operating hours, and general guidance; * Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule consultations, exams, and procedures; * Route calls to responsible departments when necessary; * Record interactions and information in proprietary systems, ensuring accurate data updates; * Act with courtesy, empathy, and confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards and safeguarding health-related information; * Support internal campaigns, appointment reminders, and patient relationship initiatives; * Meet institutional performance targets related to service quality and response time; And other related activities. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * **Preferred**: Experience in hospital environments, clinics, laboratories, or health insurance operators; * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM);** * Strong verbal communication skills, clear diction, and professional demeanor; * Ability to interact with the public in sensitive situations with empathy and patience; * Basic computer knowledge (Office suite, management systems); * Ability to work collaboratively and follow institutional protocols; * Familiarity with customer service systems, CRM, or hospital software; **Additional information** * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health plan via voluntary enrollment (30% employer contribution); * Dental plan via voluntary enrollment; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Conexa Saúde; * SESC benefits; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
