We value **transparency** in relationships, **open communication**, and continuously seek to **reinvent** the way we enchant. **Essential Profile:** * Detail-oriented, meticulous, and perfectionist individual who does not let any detail go unnoticed * Refined artistic eye, with sensitivity to forms, volumes, and finishes * Organized approach and careful handling and storage of items * Genuine willingness to learn and grow within the field **Desirable Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued):** * Technical course or experience in sewing, pattern-making, visual arts, costume design, or related fields * Basic knowledge of painting or material restoration **Behavioral Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and proactivity; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Work Conditions:** * Schedule: 09:00–12:00, 13:30–18:00, Monday to Friday * Benefits: Transportation allowance + meals provided at the company.
