Description: Job Responsibilities: ABOUT THE POSITION The Conservation \& Cleaning Assistant is responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all common areas of the hotel, including public areas (reception, lobby, social restrooms), operational support areas (backs), and outdoor areas (gardens, parking lot, swimming pool). Their role is to ensure these areas are always clean, safe, and ready for use, upholding the hotel’s quality and excellence standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean and sanitize public areas of the hotel, such as reception, lobby, event halls, corridors, and social restrooms. * Clean and organize furniture, tables, windows, mirrors, floors, and other commonly used surfaces. * Collect trash and replenish hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) in public areas. * Maintain public areas in order and ready for guest use, especially during peak hours. * Clean and organize operational support areas (backs), including laundry rooms, kitchens, staff cafeterias, service corridors, and storage rooms. * Ensure internal staff circulation areas are clean and safe, in accordance with established standards. * Clean storage areas, organizing materials and regularly removing waste and trash. * Clean outdoor areas, such as gardens, sidewalks, parking lots, balconies, outdoor leisure areas, and pool areas. * Sweep and collect trash in outdoor areas, ensuring the environment remains clean and well-maintained. * Sanitize and organize outdoor furniture (chairs, tables, lounge chairs), keeping leisure and relaxation areas ready for use. * Collaborate with gardening and landscaping teams by cleaning green areas and collecting leaves and debris. * Inform the gardening team of any maintenance needs in outdoor areas. * Clean and organize technical and maintenance areas of the hotel, such as mechanical rooms and equipment-dedicated spaces. * Maintain cleanliness and safety in areas used by maintenance and technical staff. * Follow instructions for using cleaning products, ensuring correct and safe application per safety regulations. * Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, floor scrubbers, brooms, and others, preserving their condition. * Store cleaning products safely and orderly in designated areas. * Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure organization and cleanliness of common, indoor, and outdoor areas. * Immediately report any issues or repair needs in public areas, backs, or outdoor areas to the supervisor. * Assist in preparing and organizing events, ensuring areas remain clean before, during, and after events. Requirements:* Completion of elementary education preferred; * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight); * Flexible availability (6x1 schedule).
