Job Summary: Civil/Production Engineering professional to monitor and assist in construction project management, service control, materials, and operational teams. Key Highlights: 1. Guiding and directing operational teams Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (from the 4th semester onward) in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Intermediate AutoCAD skills; * Basic Revit skills; * Basic MS Project skills; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic knowledge of Budget Management, Planning, and Control; * Basic knowledge of Quality Management. * Monitor daily construction site service activities using management and service tracking software; * Monitor material quantities and consumption for construction site services; * Prepare production monitoring reports for construction site services to finalize employee payroll; * Monitor on-site service execution in accordance with project specifications and quality system requirements, and record acceptance of construction services; * Assist in quantifying construction work for contract preparation, service packages, and material requisitions; * Assist in collecting proposals and documentation for preparing third-party contracts; * Monitor executed services and assist in compiling planning and production data; * Collect and compile field information to support the Engineer’s decision-making regarding material selection based on technical specifications; * Guide and direct operational teams in performing tasks; * Monitor and assist the Site Supervisor in supplying materials for services; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and directed by management. 2512040202181886703
