Efficiency and organization in order preparation. Commitment and punctuality. Teamwork. Adherence to good hygiene and occupational safety practices. Correct use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the role. **Responsibilities:** Prepare food on the griddle (hamburgers, meats, eggs, bacon, etc.). Pay attention to cooking points. Assemble dishes according to standard specifications. Monitor cooking time and doneness of food items. Maintain workstation organization. Support the kitchen with general tasks when needed. Follow technical sheets and company quality standards.
