We seek someone who enjoys customer service, consultative sales, and has the ability to understand the specific needs of each project. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, WhatsApp, telephone, and email customer service; * Preparing quotations and conducting negotiations; * Prospecting new customers and maintaining relationships with the active client portfolio; * Understanding customer needs and recommending optimal graphic solutions; * Monitoring orders with production and ensuring a positive customer experience; * Achieving sales and revenue targets. **Requirements:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and agility; * Experience in sales or commercial customer service; * Proficiency with computer systems and software; * Preferred: Experience in the graphic segment, visual communication, or packaging. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity; * Commitment; * Commercial and negotiation mindset; Ability to work under pressure * Sense of urgency; * Team-oriented with goal-driven motivation.
