We are looking for someone to embrace the mission of spreading happiness while representing our company and executing our strategy.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure implementation of operational standards to achieve the level of operational excellence required to meet established regional goals; * Ensure monthly regional performance delivery in accordance with established targets; * Identify and propose improvement opportunities based on effective monitoring and control of key performance indicators; * Support store managers in decision-making by sharing best practices and guiding through management indicators; * Develop and oversee technical projects for new stores, renovations, and facility adaptations within the region, taking responsibility for store setup and inauguration; * Manage the team through individual and organizational performance monitoring and evaluation, delivering feedback and guidance using available tools and management indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience as a Regional Commercial Manager and/or Regional Operations Manager in retail; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * All our job openings are also available to People with Disabilities (PcD).
