Job Summary: This role involves conducting safety inspections, assessing environmental conditions, controlling PPEs and uniforms, delivering training, and assisting in the management of legal SSMA programs. We look forward to meeting you—the candidate and friend of **Polinutri**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct safety inspections of company facilities and equipment, observing working conditions and risk areas, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Communicate inspection results by preparing reports; * Daily assess workplace environmental conditions and associated protective equipment, issuing technical opinions when necessary to support work planning and organization; * Perform evaluations and control the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms; * Maintain Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs) up to date; * Deliver NR training, safety talks, and participate in SSMA-related educational campaigns; * Assist in managing legal programs (PGR, LTCAT, PCA, PCMSO, etc.); * Organize, establish, and monitor the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Fire Brigade, while actively attending meetings; * Participate in expert assessments and inspections in the occupational health and safety (OHS) field; * Conduct accident and incident investigations when required; * Issue Service Authorizations and Work Permits; * Monitor third-party service providers’ activities related to OHS; * Support implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy; * Update OHS-related events for eSocial. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment; * Courses in NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, NR-35, and Confined Space Supervisor; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver’s license category B; * Flexibility regarding working hours; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Familiarity with SOC / SAP-Senior OHS systems; * Industrial experience; **Additional Information** * Full coverage health and dental plans; * Meal card; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Discounts on our PET products; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Educational institution discounts; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy.
