Engage with the audience and monitor comments and messages We are looking for a Social Media professional to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase audience engagement, and ensure consistency and strategic alignment in our editorial calendar. This person will play a key role in scaling content production, diversifying formats, and maintaining an active presence across social media platforms, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to track results and optimize initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and publish social media content (feed posts, Stories, Reels, short videos, and other formats). * Provide strategic and operational support to the copywriter, collaborating on topic ideation, script development, and campaign planning. * Assist in building, organizing, and maintaining the editorial calendar. * Collaborate with design, media, and strategy teams to ensure consistent communication. * Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice, positioning, and objectives. * Support coverage of events, product launches, and special campaigns. * Engage with the audience and assist in monitoring comments and messages. * Track metrics and performance results, contributing insights for continuous improvement. **What We Expect** * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Excellent writing ability and strategic social media acumen. * Proactivity in suggesting topics and content formats. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Analytical mindset focused on results and performance. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience producing short videos and dynamic content. * Basic knowledge of social media metrics. * Prior experience working in marketing teams or agencies. **Position Objective** Increase publication frequency and quality, enhance brand visibility, generate higher engagement, and directly contribute to achieving the company’s marketing goals. **SALARY**: R$2\.500 **BENEFITS:** * Meal voucher or food allowance of R$35.00 per day; * Commuter allowance or fuel voucher; (we are located in the São Cristóvão neighborhood of SJP) * Breakfast with fresh bread and daily breaks; * Weekly snack every Thursday; * Monthly internal events; * Unimed health insurance; * Dental Uni dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefit; * Career development plan; * Free English classes; * Continuous education (frequent training); * Collective vacations; * Birthday day off; * Workplace gymnastics and much more!
