Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting inspections, training, and supervision of industrial safety, rescue operations, and environmental management, as well as participating in accident analysis and investigation and environmental management. Therefore, we encourage women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and individuals of all sexual orientations to apply for our positions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct and participate in inspections, assessments, and maintenance of safety equipment and instruments, analyzing working conditions from SMS (Safety, Health, and Environment) perspectives; * Deliver and supervise theoretical and practical training in industrial safety, rescue operations, and environmental management, ensuring employee competency; * Monitor, guide, and support SMS indicator management; * Advise teams on emergency control, including vehicle operation, equipment handling, and firefighting systems; * Participate in the analysis and investigation of accidents, incidents, and deviations, contributing to corrective and preventive action plans; * Collect, analyze, and disseminate safety data; support audits; update management systems; and participate in the development and implementation of contingency plans; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, management system, and social responsibility regulations; * Assess environmental impacts related to waste, emissions, and effluents, proposing prevention, control, and mitigation measures; * Develop and promote environmental education, sustainability, and employee awareness initiatives; * Prepare reports, technical assessments, and documents, maintaining technical record control; * Interact with public agencies, professional associations, and certification bodies to support licensing and environmental management processes; * Monitor environmental programs, selective waste collection, anomaly control, and conservation actions for fauna and flora; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Occupational Safety and Environmental Management; * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NRs – Occupational Safety and Health); * Knowledge of fire-fighting techniques; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Knowledge of integrated production systems; * Basic knowledge of ISO 45001; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment; **Additional Information** * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (optional), also extendable to your dependents; * Meal allowance of BRL 589.95 per month to support your routine; * Meal voucher of BRL 40.02 per working day; * Group Life Insurance, providing greater peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR): your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * Private Pension Plan to help you build a more secure future; * Wellhub: convenient access to gyms and physical and mental wellness services; * Auster – Personal Support Program offering psychological counseling and emotional support; * Pharmacy agreements and partnerships with educational institutions for you and your family; * SESI agreement, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll-deductible loans, offered under favorable terms for your needs; * Innovative, human-centered work environment with strong ESG commitment, valuing diversity, social responsibility, and sustainability.
