Job Summary: We are seeking a Production or Mechanical Engineering intern to support technical and operational activities, process improvement, productivity efficiency, and engineering routines. Participation in continuous improvement projects We seek a Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering intern to support the company's technical and operational activities, contributing to process improvement, increased productive efficiency, and support for engineering routines. Responsibilities: Assist in mapping, analyzing, and improving production processes Support production planning and control (PPC) Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare technical reports Support time and motion studies Assist in quality control and process standardization Support the development and revision of technical documents and operational procedures Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.) Assist in failure analysis and support equipment maintenance (preventive and corrective) Support the development and/or improvement of fixtures, tools, or machines Use tools such as Excel, CAD (e.g., AutoCAD/SolidWorks), and ERP systems Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of industrial or mechanical processes Analytical, organized, and proactive profile Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of quality tools or Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) Basic understanding of industrial maintenance Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis Compensation: starting from R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
