Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring operations to ensure compliance and optimize services, as well as managing field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of operations and enforcement of regulations **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Complete inspection checklists for performed services, ensuring proper execution of operational activities; * Inspect and release third-party fleet daily, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements; * Monitor operational targets of third-party vehicles, evaluating performance and productivity; * Verify customer complaints registered in the Customer Service Center (SAC) on-site, identifying failures and proposing solutions; * Respond to and execute requests from the Municipal Prefecture, including online requests and emergency services; * Supervise the execution of operational procedures, ensuring adherence to company regulations and routines; * Monitor routes regarding schedule compliance, itineraries, productivity, and service quality; * Identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement, suggesting corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure fulfillment of the contracted service level with the third-party company; * Enforce compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Monitor and evaluate the conduct and demeanor of field teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience in operational, logistics, and/or field team management routines; * Completed high school education; * Driver's license categories A and B; * Flexible working hours; * Motorcycle ownership is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
