Development and management of maintenance plans and contracts A religious institution is seeking a Building Technician in Fortaleza (Dionísio Torres). **Responsibilities:** Ensure full operational functionality of the institution's infrastructure by managing maintenance, contracts, and general services with emphasis on organization, quality, and safety. Supervise and monitor corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance across civil, electrical, and hydraulic areas. Develop, implement, and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan; manage third-party service contracts; and control Service Orders according to criticality. Monitor maintenance indicators, manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, and generate managerial reports to support leadership. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Civil Construction Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical qualification required.
