Its focus is delivering products and services that meet the needs of the modern market. **Responsibilities:** Support mapping, analysis, and documentation of Technology department processes. Assist in standardizing workflows, procedures, and operational routines. Monitor requests, projects, and system integrations (GLPI, ClickUp, ERP). Support indicator tracking, process recordkeeping, and continuous improvement. Contribute to initiatives for optimizing, automating, and organizing internal processes.
