Job Summary: Supervision of high-standard construction projects, management of construction materials, and execution of measurements and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Work on high-standard construction projects 2. Construction management and supervision 3. Focus on finishing works **Position: Building Technician \- Field Work** Working Hours: 44 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 7 AM to 5 PM Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM Salary: To be negotiated. Meals provided at the construction site. **CLT Employment Contract** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\) Supervision of ongoing construction in Eusébio \- High-Standard Construction \- Focus on finishing stage 2\) Management of construction materials. 3\) Execution of construction measurements and progress reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\) Building Technician qualification. 2\) Ability to read technical drawings. 3\) Quantities surveying. 4\) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** 1\) Experience in construction projects. 2\) Organizational skills. 3\) Strong communication skills. 4\) Personal transportation.
