Leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting engagement Project and Training Coordinator Position Description: Serve as the pedagogical leader and operational executor of Atos Edições’ training programs, ensuring technical excellence, pedagogical coherence, alignment with the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC), and educational outcomes across partner school networks. This person will act as the liaison among the company’s strategic management team, the training facilitators, and the municipalities served — thinking, planning, and executing. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the implementation of in-person and virtual training projects and programs for teachers and coordinators, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established targets * Develop training plans in coordination with Atos’ projects * Ensure trainings align with the BNCC and external assessment goals (SPAECE, ANA, SAEB) * Support the production and revision of pedagogical materials (books, kits, and training guides) * Represent the company in meetings with municipal education departments and coordination offices * Monitor pedagogical and operational indicators for each partner municipality * Organize the annual training calendar and technical visits * Manage daily allowances, travel reports, and pedagogical route compliance * Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering integration and staff engagement * Develop training and capacity-building strategies aligned with municipal education departments’ needs and company standards * Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions * Prepare reports and presentations on the progress of training projects and programs, communicating results to leadership * Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization, encouraging staff professional development * Establish partnerships with educational institutions and training providers to expand training opportunities * Participate in internal meetings and committees to align training strategies with organizational objectives * Stay updated on trends and innovations in training and capacity building, continuously improving practices in the field Requirements: * Prior experience coordinating training projects and programs * Knowledge of project management and planning tools * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training sessions * Classroom teaching experience * Solid understanding of the BNCC and national assessments (SPAECE, ANA, SAEB) * Full availability for frequent travel * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or Teaching, with postgraduate specialization in Education, Management, or Literacy.
