Job Summary: The graphic designer will be responsible for developing graphics for social media, institutional materials, and ensuring the visual consistency of the Novum Urbanismo brand. Our partners have extensive backgrounds in civil construction, real estate development, and financial markets, and we have already surpassed 1 million square meters in urban development. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop social media graphics (feed posts, stories, ads, Reels covers, etc.). * Create institutional materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and presentations. * Adapt assets for different formats and platforms. * Produce graphics based on Marketing team briefings. * Transform concepts and scripts into visually appealing assets. * Make adjustments and revisions according to feedback. * Maintain organized files in Google Drive/internal systems. * Deliver both editable and final versions compliant with brand standards. * Collaborate with the Social Media team and participate in quick alignment meetings. * Ensure visual consistency (colors, typography, brand identity). * Create standardized templates when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Graphic Designer. * Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. * Knowledge of Figma (desirable). * Strong command of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and harmony. * Ability to follow guidelines and work effectively with feedback. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the real estate sector or with real estate developers. * Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design. * Agility in adapting assets and creating variations. * Creativity aligned with faithful execution of briefings. **Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2.500,00** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance (Unimed) * Dental Insurance (Odontoart) CLT Contract — Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 — R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
