Application of technical standards and project specifications. **We are looking for a BIM Drafter to join our team.** **Please review the job profile below:** **Profile we seek:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering, either completed or nearing completion; * Knowledge of technical drawing standards applicable to civil construction; * Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., NBR 9050); * Ability to identify and report project interferences; * Proficiency in organizing and managing files, models, and drawing sheets; * Practical experience with Revit, including: BIM modeling based on reference projects; creation and editing of families; organization of views, sections, elevations, and sheets; application of templates, levels, grids, and parameters; adjustments per engineers’/designers’ instructions. * Platform proficiency, particularly in architectural, structural, and/or MEP modeling (as required); correct use of worksheets; control of visibility, filters, and phases; extraction of basic quantities; model updates according to revisions. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing BIM models in Revit from reference projects, sketches, and technical guidelines; * Preparing and updating technical drawings, sheets, sections, elevations, and details; * Adjusting models per revisions and feedback from engineering and design teams; * Organizing views, sheets, levels, grids, and model parameters; * Applying company templates, standards, and internal specifications; * Coordinating projects by identifying simple interferences and reporting them to the technical team; * Extracting quantities and basic information from models (5D); * Maintaining organized and up-to-date project files and versions; * Supporting tender processes within an integrated system, delivering BIM projects as per defined guidelines; * Strictly adhering to technical standards, institutional requirements, and established deadlines. **Benefits you will receive:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Birthday leave; * *Beach Tennis* every Friday. **Work modality:** 100% On-site **Work location:** R.
