**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform tasks according to work orders issued by the computerized system, based on previously established maintenance schedules, supporting/assisting the Maintenance Officer;
* Carry out urgent or emergency services;
* Assist professionals in masonry, plastering, drywall touch-ups, floor and ceiling cladding, foundation construction, general painting, etc.;
* Prepare surfaces and areas designated for paint application—sanding, applying filler, waterproofing surfaces—and prepare paints, varnishes, and sealers;
* Address requests for minor repairs on doors, drawers, locks, chairs, tables, blinds, windows, glass partitions, and other wooden, glass, or aluminum components;
* Ensure the proper care and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment provided for use;
* Comply with work schedules and internal occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards;
* Perform other related duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
Completed elementary or high school education;
