Complete the initial assessments and increase your chances of becoming part of our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Identify, map, and document business processes (AS IS/TO BE); * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement; * Propose solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency; * Develop flowcharts, procedures, performance indicators, and technical documentation; * Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Analyze the impact of changes on organizational processes; * Collaborate closely with business units, IT, and stakeholders; * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure compliance with standards, internal policies, and best practices; * Support projects using methodologies such as BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar. **Additional information** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in business process mapping and improvement; * Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.); * Strong analytical ability and systemic vision; * Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration; * Familiarity with data analysis and performance indicators. **Preferred qualifications:** * Certifications in BPM, CBPP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar; * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools; * Experience in digital transformation projects.
