Emphasis on leadership, discipline, and emotional intelligence Scheer & Advogados Associados is expanding and seeking an on-site attorney to join our office in Eusébio/CE, with the possibility of becoming an Associate and/or Service Partner, depending on profile, maturity, and cultural fit. **About the Opportunity** We seek a hands-on professional with an owner’s mindset, technical excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cases responsibly and efficiently. Our practice focuses strongly on Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Public Sector Recruitment Exams, as well as civil, consumer, and corporate matters, depending on the portfolio. **Employment Model** * Employment Status: Associate and/or Service Partner * Work Mode: On-site (Eusébio/CE) * Working Hours: Business hours (to be agreed upon) * Compensation: To be negotiated, with potential base salary + performance/production-based variable pay (depending on model and seniority) **Responsibilities (day-to-day tasks)** * Full-cycle management of judicial and administrative proceedings (with supervision when required) * Drafting legal documents (petitions, responses, appeals, submissions, calculations/objections where applicable) * Strategic case analysis and formulation of legal arguments, risk assessment, and next steps * Client interaction and service (both in-person and remote), with clarity, firmness, and empathy * Participation in hearings and investigative activities * Deadline, routine, and deliverable management, supported by internal tools and workflows * Coordination with team members (administrative staff, client service personnel, and other attorneys) to uphold firm standards * Commercial client service **Requirements** * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Availability for 100% on-site work in Eusébio/CE * Strong legal writing and argumentation skills * Discipline in meeting deadlines and managing routine (no daily “firefighting”) * Ethical, responsible, and collaborative attitude **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued)** * Practical experience in Labor Law and/or Social Security Law and/or Public Sector Recruitment Exams * Experience conducting hearings and defending strategic case positions * Familiarity with portfolio management (prioritization, cadence, follow-up) * Growth mindset (desire to assume greater responsibility and leadership) **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Leadership (does not wait for constant direction) * Discipline and consistency (strong routine, consistent delivery standards) * Emotional intelligence to handle pressure, clients, and deadlines * Concise communication (gets to the point, resolves issues, and follows up) * Genuine desire to build a career in a law firm with a structured methodology and culture Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
