Create and update management dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision-making support. Conduct people analytics and propose action plans to improve metrics. Monitor and analyze absenteeism rates, identify root causes, and propose reduction strategies. Support HR teams and managers with strategic insights and organizational performance analyses. Ensure data reliability and timeliness in HR systems and control spreadsheets. Support continuous improvement projects and strategic initiatives within the Human Resources department. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
