Responsibilities and Duties You will… * Support Training and Development (T&D) programs; * Assist in developing strategies to strengthen organizational culture; * Conduct organizational climate surveys; * Execute internal marketing initiatives; * Monitor climate, culture, and development metrics, proposing innovative solutions; * Support HR consulting during HR department implementation within the company, collaborating on process structuring and departmental initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications We seek candidates with… * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in T&D, organizational culture, or climate management is a plus; * Behavioral profile demonstrating proactivity, strong communication skills, organization, empathy, sense of responsibility, collaborative attitude, and genuine interest in learning and contributing to people’s and the company’s development.
