Submit your resume and grow with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, implement, and monitor programs to strengthen the innovation culture. Disseminate an innovative mindset through engagement, communication, and training activities. Manage the corporate Idea Bank, ensuring end-to-end management of idea submission, evaluation, prioritization, and follow-up. Manage the innovation pipeline, tracking initiatives from ideation through implementation and scalability. Plan and execute change management strategies to support innovation and organizational transformation projects. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, Design Thinking journeys, agile methodologies, and co-creation processes. Develop training programs in innovation, digital transformation, and digital literacy. Collaborate with business areas to identify opportunities and structure innovative projects. Conduct studies, research, and benchmarking on innovation trends, digital transformation, and organizational culture. Establish, monitor, and analyze innovation, culture, engagement, adoption, and organizational maturity indicators. Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and technical opinions to support decision-making. Strengthen innovation communities, ambassador networks, and multiplier agents. Build relationships with startups, universities, innovation hubs, accelerators, and other ecosystem partners. Represent the organization at events, forums, and initiatives related to innovation and digital transformation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields. Completed postgraduate program or MBA in Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Project Management, or related areas. **Advantages** Certifications in Prosci, ADKAR, HCMBOK, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Kanban, or related methodologies. Experience with innovation ecosystems, startups, and digital transformation.
