Job Summary: Professional to monitor registration requests, tax rules, issuance of Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs), entry of invoices, and support the tax analyst. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for students of Accounting Sciences and related fields. * A new Hub concept that helps people connect with businesses through solutions and ideas, attracting customers born from relationships with unified objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor registration requests for items and suppliers; * Monitor tax rules, creating or making necessary corrections when required; * Monitor issuance and validity of Tax Clearance Certificates (CNDs); * Enter incoming invoices (DANFE, NFS\-e, CT\-e, Model 21, etc.); * Monitor SIGET; * Assist the tax analyst in submitting accessory obligations; * Interact with other company departments, especially the finance department, to ensure integration of tax information. * Other activities within the scope of work. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Management Processes, or similar fields. * Knowledge of tax legislation. * Intermediate Excel skills are a plus. * SAP system knowledge is desirable. * Experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance (BRL 24.00/day); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Health and Dental Insurance (via enrollment); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Totalpass. **HowBe** is a Brazilian technology company specializing in integrating digital solutions for enterprises seeking innovation, operational efficiency, and technological transformation.
