Job Summary: Responsible for energy management and customer billing, monitoring power plant processes, liaising with utilities and customers, and continuously improving reports and controls. Focus on renewable energy and distributed generation Responsible for energy management and customer billing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage billing for a portfolio of customers regarding electricity invoices issued by utilities; * Develop reports highlighting cost savings for our customers; * Monitor the entire implementation process of new power plants, including construction, grid connection, contract issuance, change of ownership, utility-approved energy allocation lists, and tracking beneficiaries until proper receipt of energy credits on invoices; * Strengthen communication with all utilities to ensure rapid resolution of any issues identified on invoices; * Schedule meetings between customers and utilities to discuss topics relevant to both parties; * Pursue automation of the invoice receipt process; * Monitor the implementation of internal tools for invoice management; * Manage contracts with Legal/Customers to foster healthy inter-party relationships; * Continuously seek improvements in customer reporting, internal controls, and reporting to management; * Develop and monitor operational KPIs for the area; * Prepare managerial reports for the area; * Perform billing and Accounts Receivable activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy; Customer service experience; Experience in billing, Accounts Receivable, and collections; Experience in managerial reporting; Experience in the photovoltaic energy sector, specifically in shared generation.
