Log, route, and monitor customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments, ensuring appropriate follow-up within stipulated timeframes. Provide information regarding operating hours, menu, reservations, and available restaurant services. Record incidents in systems or spreadsheets, maintaining an organized and up-to-date history. Maintain clear and courteous communication with other restaurant departments to ensure effective alignment in public service.
