We provide recruitment, selection, and talent development services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Maintain up-to-date employee records. Perform payroll calculation and processing. Manage benefits. Process onboarding. Time and attendance control: calculate terminations and labor charges. Supervise vacations, ensuring legal compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), INSS, FOTS, and other applicable legislation. Prepare departmental reports and metrics. Previous roles such as HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
