Monitor onboarding, orientation, timekeeping, vacation management, and support payroll closing processes. Develop training initiatives, organizational climate programs, and employee engagement activities. Provide support to managers and employees regarding Human Resources-related requests. Organize HR documentation, metrics, and general departmental routines. Perform tasks pertinent to Human Resources Analyst duties. Position based in Fortaleza / CE. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
