Implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation Organizational diagnosis and needs assessment Organizational climate survey and action plan for improvement Benefits administration and payroll management (support to HR Department) Development and reinforcement of organizational culture Design of career plans and succession planning Design and implementation of HR processes and policies Support in adopting technology for people management (People Analytics) **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields Prior experience with internal HR processes or HR consulting Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and training tools Ability to diagnose and propose solutions in people management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
