Today, we are one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Ceará, recognized for our credibility, bold projects, and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for processing payroll for the construction site production teams. **Main Activities:** * **Service Quantification:** Conduct quantitative surveys of services required for project execution; * **Pricing (Packages):** Develop service pricing packages jointly with management, defining prices and measurement criteria; * **Measurement and Monitoring:** Perform measurement and acceptance of services executed by production teams on-site; * **Production Control:** Maintain a “production logbook,” tracking labor and daily production output of teams to ensure accurate payroll closure; * **Payroll Closure:** Process payroll for production staff using the construction company’s proprietary system; * **Cost Allocation:** Allocate labor costs, ensuring alignment with the budget; * **Financial Analysis:** Conduct detailed financial analysis of payroll results; * **Productivity Control:** Monitor and track site productivity indicators; * **Operational Support:** Carry out related activities as required by the production department and management directives. **Desired Experience:** * Experience in construction projects, preferably in production (in-depth knowledge of key construction processes is essential). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Or completed technical degree in Building Construction; * Intermediate Excel; * Intermediate AutoCAD; * Basic knowledge of construction drawing interpretation; * Intermediate knowledge of budgeting; * Basic knowledge of cost control; * Basic knowledge of payroll processes; * Analytical skills. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
