Support in financial and administrative routines **Position: Financial Assistant / Real Estate Collections – F.W Imóveis** **F.W Imóveis** is looking for an organized, proactive, and strong communicator to join its finance department, with a focus on real estate collections. **Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts receivable (rentals and fees); * Conduct collections (phone, WhatsApp, and email); * Issue invoices and receipts; * Negotiate outstanding balances with clients/tenants; * Perform bank reconciliations; * Update spreadsheets and systems; * Support financial and administrative routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred); * Experience in finance and/or collections; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge; * Experience with real estate software (**Cadimo**); * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in real estate collections; * Familiarity with rental agreements. **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan with **Hapvida (50% coverage)** * Corporate wellness benefit **Wellhub** Join our team!
