Production and Quality Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise production activities, ensure quality and safety, and manage industrial processes to optimize outcomes and develop the team. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and results assurance * Fully embody the FRUTBISS culture (Business, Mission, Vision, and Values); * Comply with general Production department policies and processes, suggesting improvements when necessary; * Ensure proper execution of Production area processes according to standards, smooth progress of activities, verification of controls, monitoring of audits, and elimination of non-conformities; * Receive and evaluate production schedules defined by PCP, verifying availability of all required production resources; request necessary resources and support from Industrial departments (PCP, Purchasing, and Quality) and monitor their timely availability; * Develop production schedules, including shifts and work rotations, selecting personnel assigned to each production station; * Coordinate production team activities for preparation and execution of scheduled batch productions; * Supervise employee activities across each production sector to ensure adherence to the production schedule; * Identify efficiency issues (e.g., pace, bottlenecks, losses, stoppages) and intervene to minimize costs and eliminate root causes; * Maintain close collaboration with Quality, PCP, and Maintenance teams to identify recurring production issues and jointly develop solutions to eliminate them; * Request corrective maintenance services from the Maintenance department (service orders) and monitor service completion; * Include scheduled maintenance stoppages in production schedules for preventive maintenance execution; * Ensure the production team adheres to established quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), correct identified non-conformities, and contribute to employee awareness; * Ensure the production team complies with occupational safety and health regulations, enforcing use of collective and personal protective equipment (CPE/PPE) and implementation of all safety procedures and medical follow-up schedules; * Develop multi-functionality within the production team; * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and employee hygiene; * Prepare and present Production area performance indicators during monthly results meetings (RMR); * Manage actions required to achieve targets, monitor action plans, and implement appropriate changes to ensure results; * Develop and monitor Quality policies; * Ensure proper execution of Quality area processes according to standards, smooth progress of activities, verification of controls, monitoring of audits, and elimination of non-conformities; * Conduct and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits across departments and eliminate non-conformities; * Draft and revise the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Implement and review the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan; * Obtain and renew sanitary permits, operating licenses, and sanitary licenses; * Support and monitor new product development through production testing; * Evaluate, verify, and approve packaging labels by preparing nutritional calculations and ingredient lists;
