Monitoring weather forecasts and real\-time tracking of weather conditions. Declaration and management of the Pre\-Alert status. Mobilization of additional resources for emergency response. Liaison with media, authorities, and public agencies. Monitoring of special clients such as hospitals and industries, and prioritization of critical case handling.
