




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of a construction project, ensuring execution within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring construction quality and profitability Responsibilities: * Executing construction work to exclusive standards; * Adhering to construction planning and budgeting; * Managing construction projects (renovations and new builds); * Ensuring construction profitability; * Maintaining a well-sized and integrated construction team; * Monitoring material procurement and contracting of third-party and freelance services; * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of a construction project, from inception to final delivery; * Ensuring construction is executed on schedule, within budget, and to expected quality standards. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in construction project management. * Active CREA registration; * Experience in people and project management. Competencies: * Technical knowledge, Proactivity, Time management, Organization, Communication, Analytical ability, Interpersonal skills.
