Keep tools and equipment organized and in good condition. **Idealize ENGENHARIA is hiring – Painter (Civil Construction)** **Job Summary:** A Painter in civil construction is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, coatings, and finishes on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and other areas, ensuring quality, durability, and visual appeal of the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces (sanding, leveling, correcting imperfections, removing old paint). * Apply filler, sealer, primers, and undercoats as required. * Perform interior and exterior painting according to defined standards. * Conduct touch-ups, corrections, and ensure uniform finishing. * Prepare and mix paints, observing colors, proportions, and technical specifications. * Protect furniture, floors, and areas not intended for painting. * Keep tools, materials, and equipment organized and in good condition. * Follow safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. * Assist in selecting materials and paint types when requested.
