**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform rainfall monitoring for construction sites, including daily measurements, rain map completion, and monthly consolidation of data;
* Update the execution schedule and S-curve for low-complexity projects using Microsoft Project and Excel;
* Develop and maintain the procurement schedule in alignment with the coordinator;
* Update the physical\-financial schedule and submit information to the Cost Department;
* Update the project schedule jointly with the coordinator and site team;
* Schedule site activities according to the execution schedule and engineering instructions;
* Prepare weekly client reports containing planning information, progress updates, and photographic records;
* Support preparation of management reports for senior leadership, incorporating planning and cost data;
* Update the site organizational chart whenever changes occur;
* Update the labor histogram, tracking workforce quantities per period;
* Consolidate information and support preparation of the monthly executive summary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Civil Engineering;
* Proficiency in MS Project;
* Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint;
* Basic knowledge of the construction industry;
* Organized, analytical profile with a sense of urgency.
