Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cut, debone, and prepare various cuts of meat for display and sale; * Provide customer service; * Ensure adequate stock supply in the meat department; * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the department, including the work environment and equipment used; * Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory, supplies, and department items; * Maintain equipment in good condition and ensure proper usage; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; * Ensure accurate pricing of department products; * Assist with other department activities as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role.
